GETTING STARTED
Step One
Step 1 is a quick, free Zoom chat where we’ll get to know your organization, walk you through what we offer, and help figure out what might be the best fit—no pressure, no strings.
Step Two
Step 2 is a free review of your QuickBooks Online—we’ll get accountant access, run it through our quality checklist, and then go over the results together with a written summary you can keep, no matter what you decide.
Step Three
Step 3 is onboarding and cleanup—we’ll get everything organized, tidy up your books, and make sure your chart of accounts, classes, and funds are set up to support your mission. We’ll walk you through the process so you always know what’s happening and why.
Step 4 is where the real peace of mind kicks in. Once you're fully onboarded and your books are cleaned up, we’ll start your monthly bookkeeping services so everything stays organized, accurate, and ready for board meetings, grant reports, and big decisions.
